The Multi-Terrain 10 is an off-road trail run set in Pembrey Country Park and along Cefn Sidan Beach. The course spans 10 miles (16 km), featuring a combination of soil and firm sand underfoot it suits all abilities.

1Where can I enter?
Entries are available through Eventrac, and the entry link will be available from the entry page.
2What time does it start?
Registration will open at 8.30 am, and runners will start at 10 am.
3When is the deadline to register?
Entries close on Tuesday, November 12th.
4What does affiliated/unaffiliated club mean?
MT10 follows Welsh Athletics guidelines. Affiliated members can enter their membership number on the form and must bring proof of affiliation on event day. Non-members will have a £2 registration event surcharge.
5Where can I find information about the route?
Details on the route can be found on the Course page. While the route will be fully marked and marshalled, a GPX file will be sent with the final information email.
6I've entered. When do I get my race number?
All numbers for pre-entered runners will be collected at registration from 8am the morning of the event.
7What is the minimum age to take part?
Due to the distance and terrain of this event, registration is only open to those who are 18+.
8What categories will there be?
We will be running similar age categories to other running events, with U20, followed by Senior and then 10-year masters age categories F35, F45+ and M40, M50+.
9Can I run with my dog?
Unfortunately not.
10Will there be any events for younger runners?
For 2024 it will be just the 10-mile distance, but we hope to add shorter distances for younger runners in future years.
11Can I enter on the day?
Sorry, all runners must pre-enter and entries will close on November 12th, or before if all entries sell-out.
12What will the beach section be like?
Cefn Sidan beach features an extensive tidal range, and on the day of the event, low tide is at 12:50 pm. The sea will be far from the shoreline, leaving behind a stretch of firm, compacted sand.
